PP Polypropylene Sheet

Standard flat PP sheets are supplied in 1220mm × 2440mm (4ft × 8ft) panels, matching the standard sheet material size used in UAE workshops and construction. Corrugated PP board rolls are typically 1m or 2m wide in lengths from 20m to 100m. Cut-to-size panels are available from our Sharjah warehouse for non-standard project requirements.

Flat solid PP sheet is a single dense panel used for smooth-face applications like signage and packaging inserts. Corrugated (twin-wall) PP board has an internal fluted structure that makes it significantly stiffer and more impact-resistant at the same weight — better for floor protection, partitions, and reusable packaging where rigidity matters.

4mm twin-wall corrugated PP is the standard for most UAE fit-out floor protection — covering marble, tile, and stone surfaces during active construction. For heavy-traffic zones where equipment and loaded trolleys cross the floor, 6mm or 8mm corrugated PP provides the additional crush resistance needed to prevent surface damage.

Standard PP sheet can be used outdoors for short durations (under 4 weeks) without significant degradation. For longer-term outdoor use — site hoardings, external covers, and agricultural applications — UV-stabilised PP sheet is recommended. This grade is formulated to resist the intense UAE solar radiation and maintains structural integrity for 12–24 months of outdoor exposure.

Yes. Corrugated PP board accepts UV flatbed printing for full-colour graphics, and screen printing for large-volume runs. Contractor logos, safety messages, and project branding are commonly printed on PP site hoardings and protection sheets across UAE construction projects. Yes. Polypropylene (PP) is 100% recyclable and carries the resin code 5. At end of life, clean PP sheet can be returned to the material stream and reprocessed into new PP products. On UAE construction projects, used PP floor protection sheets are often cleaned and reused across multiple floors or projects before recycling, reducing both cost and waste.

We stock blue, yellow, and white PP sheets and corrugated boards as standard. Blue is the most commonly used colour for general floor protection. Yellow is used for high-traffic warning zones. White is preferred for exhibition, display, and interior applications where a neutral background is required. Custom colours may be available on request for larger order quantities.
