Two Formats for Different Tasks

Flat solid PP sheets are exactly what they sound like - a continuous slab of polypropylene with smooth faces and consistent thickness throughout. Standard size is 2,000mm by 900mm, available from 2mm up to 8mm in blue, yellow, and white. They take foot traffic without flexing, resist paint and adhesive drips, and can be picked up, cleaned, and moved to the next floor once work is done.

Corrugated PP boards (also called twin-wall or fluted PP) are built differently. Two smooth faces sandwich a hollow, channel-shaped core that makes the board far stiffer and lighter than its weight suggests. You can print on them, score and fold them, and carry a stack under one arm - which is why construction site hoardings, product packaging inserts, and reusable display boards almost always use corrugated PP.
