Fibreglass duct wrap in 25mm or 50mm thickness (24 kg/m³ density) is the standard insulation for UAE supply and return air ductwork. The insulation is wrapped around rectangular and circular GI ductwork with aluminium foil facing, secured with insulation tape and aluminium foil tape at joints. Pre-insulated phenolic ductboard is specified on higher-efficiency projects as an alternative to external wrap.

For chilled water pipes at 6–12°C operating temperature in UAE ambient conditions, 25mm closed-cell elastomeric foam (Armaflex or equivalent) is the standard specification for pipes up to 50mm OD. Larger pipes require 32mm or greater to prevent condensation. In high-humidity or poorly ventilated plantrooms, increase thickness by 6–13mm above the standard calculation to provide additional safety margin.

We supply G3 and G4 panel filters for split units and standard FCUs, G4 bag filter media for AHUs, and F7 pocket filters for high-efficiency installations in hospitals, hotels, and cleanrooms. Yes. We supply alkaline foaming coil cleaner for evaporator coil cleaning and acidic condenser coil cleaner for external condenser units. These are the standard products used in the UAE's annual AC servicing cycle. Foaming coil cleaner is applied to the evaporator coil, allowed to penetrate for 10–15 minutes, then rinsed with water — the foam action loosens accumulated dust and biological growth.

We supply manual and motorised volume control dampers (VCDs) in GI construction for circular and rectangular duct mounting. Standard sizes from 100mm to 600mm for circular, and custom rectangular sizes to consultant specification. VCDs are used to balance airflow across HVAC distribution systems and are a standard fitting in UAE commercial building mechanical specifications.

Yes. We stock pre-insulated flexible ductwork in 100mm to 400mm diameter for connecting terminal devices (diffusers, grilles, FCU connections) to rigid duct distribution. Flexible duct reduces vibration transmission, simplifies connections to non-standard geometry, and accommodates misalignment between rigid duct and terminal device positions. Standard lengths of 3m and 7.5m available.

Yes. We deliver HVAC materials from our Sharjah warehouse to mechanical contract sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and all UAE emirates. For materials required on-site during active installation phases, we offer next-day delivery and can stage materials to multiple site locations. Account-based ordering with LPO purchasing is available for mechanical contractors.
